If everyone in your group requires services during the same time period, you can make a group booking by increasing the number of seats in a single booking and providing each person’s name and preferences in the “Finalise Your Service Details” email.
If your group requires different service times, separate bookings will need to be made for each time slot.
Yes, you can request your previous Beamove artist by including their name in the “Finalise Your Service Details” email after completing your payment.
If your preferred artist is unavailable, we’ll arrange an alternative artist of the same gender and language proficiency to ensure a comfortable experience.
We recommend booking at least 36-48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
If you book less than 36 hours before your appointment, we’ll do our best to arrange an available artist for you. A $35 urgent call-out fee per service applies if we’re able to confirm your booking.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 36 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made 12–36 hours before the appointment are eligible for a partial (55%) refund, while those made within 12 hours are non-refundable.
