Choose the service you need, your preferred date and time (if applicable), and the quantity.

No charges will be applied until your booking is accepted by a beauty provider.
After submitting your booking, you’ll receive a form by email to finalise your service details, including:
• Guest and contact details
• Location details
• Occasion or purpose of the beauty service
• Pickup and drop-off time (In-transit service only)
• Desired makeup style (if ay)
• Reference images (if any)
• Arrival instructions (if any)
• Provider preference details (if any)
• Any additional details (if any)
Please check your email and respond promptly.
Once we have all the information, our team will match your booking with a qualified beauty artist.
Once your booking is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation message and the artist’s portfolio by email.

🔒 Your card is then charged and your payment is safely held by Stripe.
Note: Funds are released to the provider only after your service is completed.

Your beauty artist will arrive at the scheduled time and location.
We’ll share the artist’s portfolio up to 36 hours before your appointment. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a change.
The artist may also contact you during this time if they have any questions about your booking.
