If you have any questions or concerns regarding the service, please first discuss and attempt to resolve the matter directly with the service provider on site. This may include, but is not limited to, re-providing the service or agreeing to a partial or full refund.
If you and the service provider reach an agreed solution that requires Beamove to process a refund, please contact Beamove within 24 hours of the service completion time.
If no agreement is reached, please contact Beamove within 24 hours. Beamove may step in to determine a reasonable for platform administration purposes. This decision does not represent a legal determination of fault or liability. If we do not receive your contact within this time period, payment will be automatically released to the service provider in accordance with the payment schedule.
