How does Beamove match me with a beauty artist?

During the booking process, we'll collect details about your appointment, including your preferred provider (such as gender or language, if applicable), the occasion or purpose of the styling, and your desired makeup look (if any).

Our team will personally review your responses and carefully match you with a suitable artist. We'll then send you the artist's portfolio for approval before confirming your booking.

If you’re happy with the match, no further action is required. If not, simply let us know and we’ll arrange an alternative for you.

How do I make a booking through Beamove?

You can book through our online booking system by clicking the “Book Now” button on this page, or contact us if you need assistance with your booking.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend booking at least 36-48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

If you book less than 36 hours before your appointment, we’ll do our best to arrange an available artist for you. A $33 urgent call-out fee per service applies if we’re able to confirm your booking.

What is Beamove's reschedule & cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 36 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made 12–36 hours before the appointment are eligible for a partial (55%) refund, while those made within 12 hours are non-refundable.

Can I book group appointments?

If everyone in your group requires services during the same time period, you can make a group booking by increasing the number of seats in a single booking.

If your group requires different service times, separate bookings will need to be made for each time slot.

Can I request a specific artist?

Yes, you can nominate your preferred artist by including their name or provider ID in the “Nominate Artist” field on the booking form.

If your preferred artist is unavailable, we’ll arrange an alternative artist of the same gender, language proficiency, and level of experience to ensure a comfortable experience.

How should I prepare for my makeup and hair appointment?

To help your artist achieve the best possible results, we recommend the following:

• Wash and thoroughly dry your hair before your appointment.
• If you wear contact lenses, please insert them before your makeup application begins.
• Have a hydrating face mask the evening before your appointment to help create a smoother, more hydrated canvas for makeup.
• Wear a button-up or loose-fitting top to avoid disturbing your hair and makeup when getting dressed.
• Have a clean, well-lit area available for your artist to set up and work comfortably.

How does Beamove protect my personal information?
